To book our photography services, you must contact us via our website or by phone/email to discuss your requirements and schedule a session. Once your booking is confirmed, payment terms will be agreed upon. Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled session. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your photography session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Use of Images
You agree that Fasih Flicks Photography retains all rights to the images produced during your photography session, including but not limited to copyright and ownership rights. You may use the images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon, but you may not resell or distribute the images without our consent. We may use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
5. Client Responsibilities
As the client, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your photography requirements and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for the session. This includes securing any required permits or permissions for location shoots and providing any props or accessories necessary for the shoot.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their property during photography sessions, Fasih Flicks Photography shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session. By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of or related to the photography session.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process or photography session will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations or commitments shall survive.
9. Governing Law
